 Who We Are

The Knights Of Pasig is one of the many branches of Kabalikat Charity Civic Communicator Inc., a group of active radio operators aiming to provide humanitarian assistance in times of disasters, natural calamities, and community emergencies. Ensuring welfare and convenience to the public. We are a non-profit, non-government organization, voluntarily offering its services by utilizing all means of communication system among its members for the sole and noblest purpose of providing public comfort.

Background

The group originated from a simple act of civic involvements in a small district of Puerto Princessa on April 29, 2006. Their cause eventually caught fire and spread across the country, making its presence known in times of calamities and natural disasters namely traffic accidents, fires, flashfloods, landslides, earthquakes, epidemics and other unprecedented incidents. With close coordiantion of other non-government agencies, NGO’s, LGU, Radio and TV networks and other public sectors in our society, the group has been successful in alleviating the sufferings in various communities, and now as one the more or less 700 chartered groups of the Kabalikat Charity Civic Communicator Inc. nationwide, we, as Knights of Pasig, are proud to be counted as one and will continue the group’s noble and unselfish act of humanitarian kindness.
